We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:

Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

Men’s swimwear or underwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

All Bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Personalised items can't be returned

If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.

Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
- Items with piling may be subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.

Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

* Please also note that in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
- Any returns that are delivered outside of 45 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days.
